We are now looking for an E-mail/CRM Manager (m/f/d) in Lisbon to take full ownership of our B2B CRM efforts. In this role, you will act as the key link between our B2B team and the global CRM team at SIXT — combining autonomy with expert support in a dynamic, international setup. Sounds exciting? YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You handle the setup and ongoing optimization of B2B CRM campaigns across all 9 corporate countries (US and EU)You execute tests, analyze performance data, and identify trends to maximize revenue from digital customer acquisition and salesYou conceptualize and implement ad-hoc, informational, and promotional one-shot campaigns in our CRM toolYou collaborate with Tech, Brand, and Sales Enablement teams on templating and copywritingYou manage data, track results, and create performance reportsYou work closely with your Team Lead to ensure performance targets are metYOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience You bring initial hands-on experience in online marketing and have already supported or carried out first e-mail marketing campaignsEducation You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related fieldCuriosity You keep up with current e-mail marketing trends and enjoy working in fast-paced, agile environmentsLanguage You are fully proficient in English; additional European languages such as German are an advantageTools You excel at working with large datasets, have strong Excel skills, and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)Bonus Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or SaaS gives you an edgeWHAT WE OFFER
