Three nights per week, including every other weekend with call Job Summary The RN is a professional caregiver who renders professional care. They are a clinical practitioner who coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the assigned units. They ensure that compassionate, engaged care meets or exceeds quality standards. Care is provided in an efficient and safe manner. The nurse observes patient progress, records pertinent observations, implements physician and nursing treatment plans and evaluates outcomes.
