About this role
The Assistant Restaurant Chef is responsible for leading and overseeing daily kitchen operations and service functions for their assigned area(s). This role will also provide culinary support for all property operations, events, or functions as assigned. The Assistant Restaurant Chef will directly supervise sous chefs, cooks, and other team members in assigned area(s) to ensure proper culinary standards and techniques are in place for preparation of food items, including production, presentation, and service standards so that quality in final presentation of food is efficiently delivered.
