About this role
Reporting directly to the Count Room Supervisor, the Count Room Representative is responsible for counting the money that is pulled off the casino floor. Counts, sorts and organizes all money, chips, coupons and other items in the drop boxes from the various table games, bill validators, ticket redemption kiosks, and change machines. Responsible for the loading, replenishment and simple maintenance of all ticket redemption kiosks. Completes the slot drop on the casino gaming floor beginning at 4:45 am daily. Loads appropriate drop boxes into transportation carts, and stores the remaining boxes. Prepares count documentation, verifies count accuracy for slots, table games, poker and cash machines and transfers funds to the cashier department. Scans count documents for audit purposes.
