About this role

SIXT is seeking a Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales and service performance across Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. The role focuses on sales responsibility for branches in both airport and downtown locations ensuring sales and service targets are met. They are responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting their sales team, as well as building and maintaining relationships with the employees and stakeholders. To grow revenue, optimize results, monitor performance, and achieve the growth objectives set by senior management.

Your Roles At SIXT

You consult branch and area managers to assess branch performance and create actionable sales and service improvement plansYou coach branch managers in employee training, sales techniques, and goal settingYou train employees and managers in maximizing sales and service opportunities to optimize customer rental experienceYou conduct workshops and role-playing sessions to refine sales skillsYou implement motivational culture to boost morale and strengthen branch performanceYou provide reporting and updates to senior managementYour Skills Matter

Experience You have a minimum 2+ years of sales training or coaching experience, preferred in car rental Education You have Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)Technical Proficiency You must have excellent computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Soft Skills You have a minimum of 5 years customer service or sales experience Commitment to Excellence You have experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions preferred Travel You are able to travel 80%, some of which may be by airplane What We Offer
