About this role
As Information Security Controls Expert (m/f/d), you will be responsible for executing and continuously improving SIXT’s Security Internal Control Management System. This role requires a deep understanding and experience with Security KPI and KRI systems, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a core part of SIXT’s GRC team and will work closely with various departments to ensure the integration of Internal Controls and KPI/KRI management practices into all business processes. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You design Security Internal Controls Management System and perform management reportingYou design and implement Security KPI and KRI systems, automate the systems to the best possible extent and perform management reportingYou collect and analyze data, via automation when possible, to determine potential impact and likelihood of possible incidentsYou integrate Internal Controls and KPI/KRI management practices into daily operationsYou produce reports and enable insight into potential risk exposure, losses and mitigation of identified risks through reporting activitiesYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have several years of experience in cyber security, with focus on resolving / remediating issues / vulnerabilities, including hands-on experience of Security Internal Controls and KPI management Systems at medium or large companies, relevant experience with Big4 consulting firms will be beneficialTools You are experienced with Security frameworks and have proven track record of implementing and running themMotivation You have a strong motivation for innovation and building things, and you are not afraid to take on challengesOrganizational Skills You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and exceptional prioritization skillsSoft skills You have great collaboration and communication skills WHAT WE OFFER
