YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You act as the key interface between customers and drivers, working closely with your support team colleagues to ensure seamless communicationYou ensure that our excellent quality standards are met and that every customer gets safely from A to BYou monitor the punctuality of drivers worldwide using specialized tools and organize suitable alternatives whenever necessaryYou assign every booked transfer to the appropriate driver and guarantee smooth coordination throughout the journeyYou ensure that drivers and customers find each other at airports, hotels, trade fairs, companies, or private locations—even when situations become chaoticYou take care of every customer, whether celebrity or not, ensuring a consistently high-quality service experienceYOUR SKILLS MATTER
