About this role
Full Time - 1st Shift - Monday-Friday Rotating after hours and weekend on call. Provides technical support for hospital computer systems by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and communication issues. Installs, configures, and upgrades computer systems and peripherals while ensuring compatibility and performance. Evaluates and recommends hardware solutions based on organizational needs, documents and prioritizes support requests, and assists with system improvements. Provides guidance and training to end users as needed and performs additional duties to support the effective operation of IT systems.
