Schedule:
• Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
What You'll Do:
Tier 1 – Level 1 (Entry-Level Support)
• Handle general payment-related inquiries and support customers with basic account questions.
• Direct calls to appropriate levels as needed.
• Assist customers with web portal and troubleshoot issues.
• Complete project work such as ACH failures, address verifications, and invoice rejections.
• Help with 30-day collections calls.
• Gain knowledge and understanding of Granger as a company, its history, & service offerings.
What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 2 years' experience working in customer service or equivalent environment required
• Strong Microsoft Office and 365
• Bilingual experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical requirements of position and pass a physical and drug screen including marijuana (pre-employment and random)
