The Opportunity

As a Construction Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Hinkley Point C’s construction programme – supporting the safe and efficient delivery of works that will power millions of homes and help Britain achieve net zero.

You’ll join us on a salary of circa £54,280 per annum. This role is based at #Hinkley Point C 3–4 days a week, with potential travel to other sites and offices.

From managing logistics planning to coordinating contract partners, you’ll gain experience on one of the UK’s largest projects – with opportunities to develop your expertise and collaborate with industry-leading teams.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Construction Delivery Manager who thrives on collaboration and precision. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:

Experience with planning within a construction environmentKnowledge of construction sequencing, recovery plans and resource allocationUnderstanding of obligations under CDM RegulationsAbility to write clear and concise reportsTertiary qualifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent vocational training and experienceSMSTS or IOSH qualificationTo be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting contract partners to deliver works packages efficientlyMonitoring on-site activities and maintaining accurate daily logsCoordinating with site functions to ensure timely reporting and communicationOrganising and conducting PLOD/PLOW meetings with contractorsUndertaking safety and assurance inspections to support project objectivesPay, Benefits and Culture
