About this role

Our Business

FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world’s Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.

Role Overview

FISPAN is seeking a Senior GTM Project Manager to own and drive the E2E execution of product launches.

At its core, this is a project management role. You will bring rigorous structure, milestone discipline, and execution accountability to one of the most cross-functional functions in the company. Layered on top of that, you will bring genuine product intuition to connect what we build with how it lands in the market, and a sharp commercial instinct to ensure every launch translates into measurable business outcomes.

You will sit at the center of Product, Product Marketing, Sales (Partner Managers), Partner Success, Marketing, and Operations, acting as the execution layer that ensures all GTM activities are aligned, on time, and driving real results.

What You'll Do

Lead End-to-End GTM Project Execution

• Own and drive the full GTM lifecycle: Market Validation → Product Definition → Build → Pilot → Launch → Scale

• Build and maintain detailed project plans: milestones, task owners, dependencies, and timelines

• Prepare and present executive-level status reports and project summaries for internal and external stakeholders

• Proactively surface risks and blockers — develop mitigation plans and drive resolution before they become issues

Build & Scale Repeatable GTM Processes

• Maintain and continuously evolve FISPAN's GTM framework, project tracker, and delivery standards

• Ensure all GTM deliverables — assets, enablement materials, and cross-functional dependencies — are clearly scoped, assigned, and delivered on time

• Champion documentation and process discipline across the GTM function

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution

• Drive alignment, remove blockers, and hold teams accountable to GTM commitments

• Lead GTM planning and execution forums

• Manage competing priorities across workstreams without losing momentum on any front

Lead Pilot Strategy & Execution

• Structure and operationalize pilots with banks and customers: define scope, duration, success criteria, and exit conditions

• Align Product, Sales and Success teams around pilot objectives and track performance throughout

• Translate pilot outcomes — product validation, revenue potential, bank readiness — into clear go/no-go recommendations

• Use pilot learnings to inform iteration, scaling decisions, and future launch approaches

Drive Commercial Readiness & Partner Activation

• Coordinate GTM execution across multiple bank partners simultaneously, ensuring each is technically validated, commercially enabled, and equipped with tailored assets

• Understand the revenue implications of launch timing and partner readiness — flag commercial risks early

• Work closely with Partner Managers and Partner Success to drive post-launch adoption and iteration

What You Bring

Project Management

• 5–8 years of dedicated project management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or a similarly complex, fast-moving environment

• PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred; candidates with equivalent structured PM training will be considered

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery

• Strong command of project management methodologies, tools, and delivery frameworks (Atlassian Suite)

• Track record of delivering on time with rigorous milestone tracking, risk management, and executive-level reporting

Product Experience

• Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle — from discovery and definition through to launch

• Experience launching products, features, or integrations in a B2B SaaS or FinTech context

• Comfortable with pilot-driven product validation and iterative launch approaches

Business & Commercial Instinct

• Ability to connect GTM execution to business outcomes — pipeline, revenue, and partner activation

• Comfortable working alongside revenue forecasts, launch KPIs, and data-driven decision-making

• Understands how sales, partnerships, and marketing levers interact to drive commercial results

• Confident communicating with senior internal and external stakeholders, including bank executives and commercial leadership

How You Work

• You bring structure where there is none

• You simplify complexity into clear, actionable execution plans

• You push initiatives forward without waiting to be told

• You focus on outcomes, not just activity

Bonus Points If You Have

• Active PMP or CAPM certification from the PMI Institute

• Experience with ERP integrations

• Familiarity with bank partnerships, embedded banking, or treasury management
