Join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), a team of six specialists driving value and reducing risk across Skipton's change portfolio.
• Shape how Skipton delivers change at scale through data-driven decision making. • Partner with senior leaders across Agile Release Trains, Technology, Finance, and Product teams. • Create enterprise-wide insights and dashboards that drive strategic decisions. • Use predictive analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and future trends. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery performance and value. • Coach and influence stakeholders on agile portfolio management and best practice. • Work with leading tools including Power BI, Apptio, and Azure DevOps to deliver enterprise transparency.
We work in a hybrid way, balancing flexibility with collaboration. For this role, you'll typically spend three days a week in our Skipton office, with the remaining two days working from home.
What You’ll Need
• Proven experience working in SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management environments, helping organisations deliver change at scale. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. • Hands-on experience with one of the following: Power BI, Apptio TargetProcess and Azure DevOps to develop reporting, dashboards and portfolio insights. • Ability to manage and communicate dependencies, risks, performance metrics and delivery outcomes across multiple Agile Release Trains. • A passion for continuous improvement, with experience facilitating Inspect & Adapt workshops and driving positive change. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and collaborate at all levels. • A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, value management and enterprise delivery.
