• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and assets under advisement (AUA).
• Grow recurring income through fee-based advisory relationships.

• Leverage financial tools and technology to improve efficiency and client experience.
Responsibilities:
• Actively study the mutual fund universe available to the client to identify and recommend optimal solutions that support client goals and portfolio outcomes.
• Deliver suitable investment solutions aligned with client risk profiles, time horizons, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend rebalancing to manage volatility and protect capital.
• Translate complex investment concepts into clear, practical guidance for clients.

• Outstanding personal and professional relationship within the affluent segment
• Excellent client- and service -orientation as well as outstanding communication skills
• Strong financial product knowledge and technical competence in the understanding, development, and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Proven track record in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients is essential

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• License: IC Complex 2 License is required
• At least 7 years of experience in wealth management is a must
• Proficiency in English is preferable
