The Manager, Motili Sales oversees a team of National Account Managers by providing high-level leadership, goal setting, coaching, training, and direction in order for this team to deliver on expected sales, margin, and new business targets. Oversees the growth of the sales of our building and trade services and materials with all levels of customer base from proven experience and results with strategic sales account management for mid-size and large customers in the Building Materials or service trades within a matrix organization.
