StFX University is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to lead front-line customer service operations at the Saputo Centre. This role provides leadership, training, scheduling, and day-to-day guidance to part-time student staff while ensuring an exceptional experience for members, students, community users, and prospective clients. The Coordinator supports membership and program sales, processes payments and deposits, tracks memberships and program participation, and promotes facility services and programs. This position plays a key role in supporting client engagement and departmental revenue growth.
