Position Overview:
Assist and support the senior asset managers in all aspects of portfolio and asset management, coordination and supervision of property management, fulfilling reporting requirements and monitoring individual and sub portfolio performance.
Scope of Job:
Support business planning processSupport sales and acquisition processesSupport senior asset managers in day-to-day business, particularly liaison with property managersIdentification and implementation of capital expenditure measures
Maintain / improve documentation of portfolio
Compiling reports for fund manager/investors
Perform portfolio, single asset or sub-portfolio analysis
Relevant German real estate qualificationPrevious experience in a residential or commercial property/asset management roleAdvances knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to analyse and presentGood working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Power PointVery good command of spoken and written EnglishAble to use own initiativeMust be detail orientated and able to set prioritiesAn effective team player who is self-motivated, industrious and work well under pressureExcellent communication & interpersonal skills
