Job Title: Executive, Examination Administration Reports To: Manager, Examination Administration MoR: Dean, Academic Unique Value Add: Execute day-to-day operations of the Examination Administration (EA) department; recommend improvements to EA processes. Work Theme: Quality with time span up to 3 months Accountabilities:
• Regulatory Compliance: Support the implementation of regulatory standards and controls within EA processes.
• Examination Administration: Plan and execute activities necessary to support the smooth administration of SIM Global Education (GE) examinations.
• Audits: Ensure readiness of documentations to support all internal and external audits on EA department.
• Records Keeping: Maintain examination records in accordance to established EA processes.
• EA Policies and Procedures: Provide and compile inputs to the review of EA policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Recommend and implement improvements to EA processes to address new business requirements/user experience and in achieving operational efficiency.
• Budgeting: Monitor and manage the annual budget of EA department for budget items assigned by Managerial Leadership.
• Mentorship: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Examination Board Support: Execute activities needed to generate reports and analysis of examination results/statistics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Academic Education Minimally a bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in higher education.
• Proven track records of collaborating with team in achieving results.
