About this role
The Outreach Specialist plans, organizes, and directs all outreach and marketing efforts. Involved in the intake and enrollment, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate new PACE participant enrollment. Until our Stockton location is operational, the role will be based and trained at our Modesto center. Schedule is Monday – Friday, working from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Compensation: $25.87 - $27.16 an hour This position requires travel throughout all of San Joaquin County, including Stockton, Tracy, Manteca, Lodi, Lathrop, Escalon and Ripon.
