About this role
Supports mission, vision, and values of Golden Valley Health Centers Central Valley PACE Center by acting as the Lead Patient Care Assistant and delivering patient care activities and tasks as assigned to assist the nursing staff. THIS IS A HOME CARE POSITION. Location: Stanislaus County Department: Home Care Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Compensation: $24.31 - $25.53 an hour This position requires travel throughout all of San Joaquin County.
