About this role

Provide administrative support. Ensures training documentation and training records are complete and accurate prior to hard copy and/or electronic filing in preparation for unannounced inspections/audits; collects, sorts, and verifies accuracy of information, files, and date from internal and external sources; manages departmental travel processes including assembling travel packets, securing approvals, completing registrations and bookings, collecting required receipts and collecting expense reimbursement forms; develops department reports, records, and rosters in accordance with established filing and records management requirements; maintains an office filing system and position desk reference/protocol
