About this role
The Wine & Spirits Specialist performs all essential functions in an effort to enhance market execution at targeted on/off premise accounts. Works with CBB sales representatives, brand managers and sales management to ensure retail execution meets CBB’s retail performance standards. Develops and implements market strategy and promotional opportunities to facilitate sales. Works with sales management to develop and implement sales training. Works closely with CBB supplier partners to ensure they agree to goals and standards a being achieved. Develops and maintain strong customer relationships.
