About this role
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily construction operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with quality standards, codes, and contracts. This role partners closely with the Project Manager to manage job setup, scheduling, material coordination, subcontractor oversight, site logistics, and project closeout. The Superintendent will serve as the primary leader on-site to drive project performance, communication, and problem-solving.
