About this role
The Healthcare Project Manager oversees all aspects of planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration for healthcare construction projects. They will lead project meetings, drives priorities, manages risks, and ensures compliance with healthcare codes, ICRA, and AHJ requirements. Working closely with the Superintendent and project team, the Project Manager maintains quality, resolves issues, supports safety programs, manages financial performance, and builds strong relationships with clients and partners through all phases of the project.
