About this role
The Director Real Estate optimizes a complex logistics-focused property portfolio of approximately 230 locations. This role is responsible for aligning the real estate footprint with operational performance, customer contracts, and network efficiency across multiple service lines and will report to the VP of Real Estate, ProVenture. The position will work closely with an internal real estate brokerage team, focusing on strategy, prioritization, and decision-making rather than direct lease negotiations. Given the tight linkage between customer renewals and site requirements (3–5 year cycles), this role is critical in ensuring the network remains agile, cost-effective, and scalable.
