About this role

Position Summary:

In this role, the Environmental Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facility's environmental impact, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Serves as the facility Environmental Manger, reporting to the ESH Manager. Oversees all facility Environmental compliance with legal and Central requirements.

Internal and external environmental reporting, recordkeeping, and monitoring;Environmental regulations and requirements evaluation for new projects;Project permitting and data gathering;Environmental compliance litigation assistance;Oversight of waste handling contractor(s);Environmental training, awareness, and communication;Implement and maintain an environmental management system according to ISO 14001 and internal standards;Environmental audit and inspection reporting and corrective action implementation oversight;Implementation and maintenance of central environmental initiatives and programs;Develop concepts, procedures, or work instructions for environmental protection and continuous improvement; BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related field3-5 years related experienceLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

ISO 14001 Auditor CertificationExperience with air and water permitting and reportingExperience with environmental impact assessments (EIA) or environmental auditsExperience with environmental compliance projectsExperience with environmental data analysis and monitoring technologiesExperience with manufacturing industryKnowledge of sustainability metricsStrong leadership skillsSelf-driven with high degree of autonomy All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
