The Business Development Officer (BDO) serves as the Credit Union’s primary market representative within assigned communities and business segments. The role drives growth through strategic relationship development, community engagement, and targeted business development efforts that expand market presence, support membership growth, and strengthen partner relationships. The BDO develops and executes market-specific business development strategies, outreach plans, and networking activities aligned with Credit Union objectives, while advancing financial wellness, member engagement, and community visibility.
