About this role
JOB PURPOSE: • Manages and coordinates the implementation of corporate sales and marketing objectives for assigned agency office(s) of Georgia Farm Bureau. • Assures that agency quality service is maintained and that working relationships with the home office and counties are positive and productive. • Responsible for the recruiting, training, development, and performance management of agents and customer service representatives. • Provides resources to customers to help them choose policies that fit their needs. • Fluent in all major lines and services needed by their customers such as farm, homeowner, auto, life insurance, and banking products. • Involved with prospecting and seeking new customers and memberships.
