The Culinary Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a total quality dining experience for our residents. This includes a thorough understanding of our menu and daily specials, proper serving guidelines, cleanliness expectations, and special diets. They ensure an efficient workflow for our waitstaff and promote a culture of service excellence. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values in their daily work and interactions with others.
