About this role
Trouble shoots and assists guests with their slot machine issues and performs repair of minor gaming machine malfunctions. Assists customers with gaming machines where necessary and also provides directions and general information. Promotes excellent customer service by answering patron questions, understands all marketing & property information, and renders general assistance when necessary.
