Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure all directives as set down in the Casino Operations Manual are followed
• Conduct live gaming activities in accordance with company policy and procedure
• Assist players with the rules and regulations of the Casino games
• Assist with gaming table fills and credits
• Assist with table opening and closing procedures
• Control and maintain the gaming table inventory
• Report any irregularities to supervisors including Casino Management
• Secure cash received by players in designated cash boxes
• Assist in casino promotions as assigned
• Participate in training programs for new games and directives
• Adhere to Responsible Gaming policies
• Other duties as directed by Casino Management
Qualifications
• Must be skilled and competent in at least 2 casino games, preferably Blackjack, American Roulette, and 3 Card Poker. Dice is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in casino operations.
