Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure all Cage and Security procedures are adhered to
• Accountability and reconciliation of front window drawer or cage bank
• Maintain concise gaming chip inventory
• Cash in all cash equivalent items from internal and external guests
• Maintain the Main Bank inventories.
• Count and control table and slot cash boxes in the Cage Count Room
• Maintain Casino patron credit information in accordance with company policy
• Receive, record, and secure all cash drops from table games and slots
• Control corporate and customer assets held in the Casino Cage
• Cash out patron gaming chips or slot tickets
• Perform cash advances for patrons
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED required
• Cash handling experience is strongly preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• 10-key calculator abilities preferred
• Knowledge of Excel preferred
