Develop and improve rubber compounds with the focus on Conveyor Belt and Power Transmission productsLeading of compound development projects and participation as a team member in other R&D projects as requiredSupport activities to reduce our compound complexityDemonstration and ensuring of the performance capability of newly developed compound concepts in the initial industrialization phaseDrive the ideation and development of new technologies and sustainable solutions for our next generation materials together with the relevant functions and network in R&DMaintain the interfaces with internal customers, internal labs, material and product industrialization etc.Support the creation and introduction of new processes and software applications This position is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in Hungary. Non-EU citizens must have a valid work permit.University Master degree (PhD preferred) in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Material Science or similarSeveral years of work experience in the rubber and plastics industryDeep and proven knowledge of rubber materials and related processing processesKnowledge of Drive Belts or Conveyor belt technology preferredProject Management skills / experience requiredAnalytical and scientific workstyleSelf-driven and innovative team playerProactive problem solving mind-set and willingness to learnDriver for innovation and willing to take ownership to push for technology improvementGood knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareFluent Hungarian language skills are a must (written and spoken)Fluent English language skills are a must (written and spoken), German language skills beneficial We want our employees to do well with us.
