About this role
The Senior Benefits Analyst manages the day-to-day operations, reporting, and compliance of health and welfare programs for a multi-state and international workforce. This hands-on role is responsible for auditing benefits transactions within Workday, owning monthly carrier billing reconciliations, and partnering with HRIS to troubleshoot system configurations and EDI feeds. Beyond technical administration, the position serves as the primary point of contact for carriers and employees, ensures operational adherence to ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations, and supports critical cycles such as open enrollment and Form 5500 preparation.
