As an Assistant Roadmaster, you'll support the Roadmaster in leading Maintenance of Way teams and ensuring safe, reliable railroad infrastructure. This position will perform track inspections, work outdoors, and oversee track maintenance and repairs, promote safety and productivity. You will also support collaboration across departments and help drive progress on track and capital projects.
