* This position DOES NOT pay into Railroad Retirement As a Conductor, you’ll play a key role on the ground, safely operating rail equipment in our customer’s industrial or intermodal yard. We will provide you with hands-on and classroom training to set a strong foundation for a long-term career. You’ll work outdoors in all weather conditions, tackling new challenges each day while ensuring we meet our customers’ needs.
