Experior Financial Group is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a key role in supporting and strengthening our compliance program by helping manage regulatory requirements, mitigating risk, maintaining policies and procedures, coordinating compliance training, and investigating compliance-related matters to ensure adherence to company standards and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's compliance and risk management programs.

• Monitor, interpret, and help implement regulatory requirements while ensuring company policies and procedures remain current and compliant.

• Partner with regulators, carriers, and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance standards and support regulatory inquiries.

• Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, communications, and documentation.

• Coordinate and support mandatory compliance training for agents and head office staff, promoting a culture of compliance and ethical business practices.

• Investigate potential compliance concerns, assess risk, identify root causes, and recommend practical, compliant solutions.

• Monitor compliance activities, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.

• Perform additional compliance-related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the life insurance industry is required; compliance experience with an IMO or insurance carrier is an asset.

• Knowledge of financial regulations, agent/producer licensing, and compliant sales practices is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or sensitive information professionally and confidently.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong computer skills; familiarity with AI tools, is an asset.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing regulations and business needs, and consistently meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated resilience, mental flexibility, and adaptability, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

• Dependable, trustworthy, and accountable, with strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

• Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

Pay Rate: $62,400/yr USD

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
