Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team by providing timely support for licensing, contracting, and appointment inquiries.

• Guide and educate agents on regulatory, carrier, and company requirements, empowering them to maintain compliance throughout the contracting process.

• Process contracting and appointment requests while ensuring adherence to carrier, state, and internal company guidelines.

• Review licensing and contracting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, support compliance initiatives, and deliver exceptional service.

• Respond to agent inquiries through multiple communication channels, including email, ticketing systems, and phone.

• Identify opportunities to improve contracting processes, workflows, and technology to enhance efficiency and the agent experience.

• Perform additional contracting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration or within an IMO or insurance carrier is strongly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and quality.

• Dependable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

• Ability to remain professional and composed while handling challenging situations.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to receive feedback, adapt to change, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

Pay Rate: $52,000/yr USD

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
