Essential Job Responsibilities:1. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot various CNC lathes (Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Okuma, Fadal, Haas, etc.)2. Debur components and manifolds3. Perform minor program edits and off-sets as required4. Use Fanuc controls5. Maintain production and quality data6. Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for an 8 – 10 hour shift7. Supplement other departmental duties as required8. Uses quality measuring tools to verify product conformity (i.e. micrometers, calipers, bore gauge, micro height gauges etc.)9. Monitors process using quality tools to ensure conformance of products, including following work instructions, prints, and other documents. 10. Follows all safety rules11.
