Run ARES machine for all required tests submitted to labCollect ARES data and process into usable results for customer.Coordinate calibration and maintanece of ARES test machineUpdate and maintain ARES testing specifications and methodsSolve problems with data analysis programs and update for new methods. Participation in the development of laboratory processes, including method validation and the implementation of new testing proceduresPerform testing in accordance with ISO, ASTM, DIN and other relevant standards.Communicate with developers and, when necessary, coordinate with suppliers.Perform statistical evaluations and identify trends. Provide recommendations for improvements or root cause analysis of issues.Managing the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.Preparing and executing testsClaim topicsSupport preparation for audits.Testing and Documentation BSc or MSc degree in chemisty, chemical or material engineering or other related technical university degree with relevant work experience (min 3 year).Min. 3 year of laboratory work experienceStrong team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary R&D environmentFluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plusProblem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to root cause analysis and continuous improvement
