Analysis and documentation of the production processes in the affected plants trough the ERP systemRecognizing the interrelationships of production processes in a plant Definition of a uniform process together with the plants as a basis for the specification management of projects/project managementElaboration of the specification together with all process participants. This includes internal departments such as production, quality and PI as well as external service providersSpecification of the hardware required for implementationImplementation of the functions within the framework of a defined worldwide standard Testing of the ordered functions in the test system. After a successful test, the functions are released and transferred to the "Live Systems"Training of employees or trainers in MESTrouble shooting during the introductory phase Contact person in case of problemsDocumentation and implementation of identified improvements in the process as well as in SAPReference to and interest in programming and the topic of digitalization in manufacturing Engineering Degree, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Informatic or similar
Technical Skills
