The Director of Security is responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, and operational oversight of all security, safety, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation functions for Rising Star Casino Resort. This position ensures the protection of guests, team members, company assets, and property while maintaining compliance with Indiana Gaming Commission regulations, company policies, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
