About this role
Project Implementation & System Enhancement
- Collect, consolidate, classify, and prioritize requirements from local business stakeholders.
- Submit business requirements to the Product Owner with clear operational impact analysis.
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure alignment between business needs and product capabilities.
Solution Rollout & Enablement
- Drive the end-to-end rollout of solutions in the local market.
- Develop, create, and distribute user manuals and training materials.
- Conduct local training sessions and localize documentation as needed to ensure smooth adoption.
- Promote the solution locally and act as a primary point of contact for user inquiries.
- Actively participate in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and ensure successful go-live.
Operations & Support
- Provide first-level support to customers and local users on-time.
- Escalate issues by creating Level 2 (L2) support tickets when necessary.
- Encourage sharing of best practices across teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Gather user feedback and propose enhancements to the Product Owner.
- Ensure full compliance with data protection requirements and maintain high standards of data accuracy through regular quality checks.
Data & Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with data protection requirements
- Develop, improve and systemize crisp & accurate reporting. Streamline processes and identify/execute on automation and time/cost-saving
opportunities.
- Define proper analytical approaches and dashboards to address business needs from stakeholders

College degree or equivalent preferably in statistics, econometrics, math, computer scienceGood in English & communicationAt least 3 yrs' hands on work experience in data research, report automation & analysis, system development.Sound business knowledge gaining by utilizing advanced mathematival, statistical and experimental approach.PMO experiencePMP certification is preferred.Team working experienceExperience in managing virtual team and project managementWorking as a customer facing role in muliti-international company working or cooperation experience is a plusIntellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity Ready to drive with Continental?
