Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of accounting information to Company. Essential Job Functions: Prepares and processes journal entries, monthly reconciliation on accounts and documentation, reconciling monthly bank account. Perform general ledger account analysis for all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Maintains fixed assets and depreciation of accounts. Produces monthly financial statements including budget variance reports. Responsible for assisting the Financial Accounting Manager in producing periodic financial reports; fully supporting the financial reporting information needs of divisional directors and departmental managers.
