About this role
Responsible for assisting with managing and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping department on assigned shift. Ensures that all areas of the casino are clean and meet OSHA/Safety standards. • Excellent internal/external guest service; • Assist with personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training and coaching; • Monitor work performance to ensure the overall cleanliness of designated areas; • Assist with upkeep of inventory for department; • Trains staff in proper use of equipment and upkeep; • Trains and monitors use of all chemicals; • Handle guest complaints and concerns; • Assist with requisitions, reports, correspondence and forms relative to the operations of the department; • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
