About this role
Responsible for performing quality VIP guest transactions and service. Acquires, retains, reactivates, and initiates an increase of play from high-end slot and table guests through personal and professional contact. Provides an exceptionally high quality of service to all guests in accordance with established marketing strategies and internal controls.
