About this role
Performs all duties associated with the operation of the Hotel Front Desk. Provides the highest level of customer service to all guests, ensuring each guest feels they have received VIP service. Assists guests with checking in/checking out of the hotel, room reservations, etc. Responds to requests for assistance, accurately answers questions, and informs and promotes casino events and activities to guests.
