About this role
As Manager, Maintenance Control, you’ll be the on‑shift authority for maintenance‑driven operational decisions for Frontier’s Airbus A320 fleet. You’ll lead Maintenance Control personnel, manage AOG recovery and MEL/CDL/NEF activity, and coordinate across SOC, Maintenance, Engineering, Inspection, and Purchasing to keep aircraft safe and in service. This role requires strong technical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to lead teams through fast‑moving, high‑impact operational events.
