What Will You Be Doing? The Coordinator, Flight Ops Training Scheduling is responsible for the scheduling and recordkeeping of FAA regulated pilot training and evaluation. The Coordinator must work to proactively to identify the training needs of each Pilot, including Recurrent Training, Initial Training and Upgrade Training. The Coordinator will also deal directly with the release of Pilots returning from a Leave of Absence, and ensure the correct training is being administered.
