About this role
We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Digitalization & Automation Intern to support our Manufacturing Engineering team by developing automation tools, RPA solutions, and digital applications to improve efficiency and simplify repetitive activities.
Main Responsibilities
Identify and analyze repetitive or manual processes.
Develop automation tools using Excel VBA, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Python.
Support the creation of automated dashboards and data reports.
Document processes, prepare user guides, and train end users.
Measure and present the impact of implemented improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in progress in Mechatronics, Industrial, Systems, or related Engineering.
Technical skills: Excel advanced (macros/VBA), basic programming (Python, Power Automate, Power Apps), SolidWork, Power BI (desirable).
Soft skills: Analytical mindset, teamwork, communication, proactivity, and curiosity for continuous improvement.
