Knows and applies all work instructions and procedures specific to the activity;Participates in training programs and acquires the necessary knowledge, putting accent on self training;Develops employees by: Instruction/ reinstruction of operators depending on the requirements;Leading professional training in order to qualify/ requalify operators according to the training plan;Monitoring quality level and work effectiveness of operators and collaboration with the respective Production Area in order to improve individual results.Conceives and updates training plans & materials to qualify operators;Designs theoretical and practical tests necessary for the qualification and requalification of operators;Coordinates the testing and retesting of operators;Archives files and updates the qualification matrix;Collaborates with the production senior operators on all training topics.
